Tanzania NGO Policy Forum -
towards a protocol for engagement in the policy process

In July 2002 Hakikazi Catalyst was contracted to form a team to conduct a participatory appraisal of the NGO Policy Forum.

The purpose was to help clarify the Forum's mission and objectives and thus make recommendations for its organisational structure.

The final report of the consultancy was presented in December 2002. (Executive Summary)
